1. ENCLOSURE INTEGRITY TESTING

A Room or Enclosure integrity test is done when there is a gaseous suppression system installed, the protected area will need testing to ensure that the concentration of the suppressant is maintained within the area for an expected time.

It is recommended by standard to re-test annually or after any modifications have been done to the enclosure / enclosed area which may compromise the integrity of the room.

We conduct the test according to the standards and guidelines of NFPA 21 and BSEN15004, ISO14520, BAFE SP203-3. We are the pioneer indigenous company to have the expertise and equipment that runs a Room / Enclosure Integrity test.

2. SAFETY SYSTEM SERVICES

Fire Alarm System

This includes a detection and Alarm component of the system such that a fire is detected at the early stage and Alarm is sounded to either evacuate or notify a response to the area. The Fire Alarm system are primary of two types; the Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm systems.

Dhemeson is an Expert in all types of Fire Alarm Systems and all known brands of Fire Alarm systems such as Zeta, C tec, gents, Ziton, Hyfire, etc. We also offer extensive Fire Alarm Maintenance for existing systems.

Fire Suppression System

A Fire Suppression system uses the principle of oxygen displacement, cooling, or disrupting the combustion reaction process, to automatically suppress or extinguish fire. There are various agents that are used in suppression systems like FM200, Novec 1230, and Inert gases.

We are experts in all types of suppression systems, from pre-engineered to engineered systems and cater to your budget while working within the relevant standards.

Firefighting Equipment

We supply, maintain and refurbish all range of Firefighting Equipment from Fire Extinguishers, to mobile foam units and Fire Trucks.

Hydrant System / Wet stand pipe system

A Fire hydrant system or Wet stand pipe system when assembled together, provides a source and effective distribution of water to assist in putting out fires. You may also incorporate a sprinkler system into your Fire Hydrant system.

Dhemeson can design and install hydrant and sprinkler systems as well as maintain, upgrade, and repair existing fire hydrant systems.

All services, installations and upgrades are done with the relevant BS (5306-1:1976 & 9990:2015) and NFPA (13, 14 & 25) standards.

3. FIRE ASSETS MAINTENANCE SERVICE

In addition to our expertise in designing and installing safety systems, we also provide industry acclaimed fire safety maintenance services. We service international companies and government agencies that require the highest standards and have being in the business for over twenty years.

We cover all types of Fire Assets and maintenance which includes, fire hydrant system, foam inlet system, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, fire, fire suppression systems, stand-alone detectors, toxic gas systems, fire pumps, fire trucks, fire water tanks, etc.

4. ENGINEERING SERVICES

We design, install and service engineering systems such as loading bays, pipe delivery systems, Electromechanical systems, safety interlock systems, fabrication of hose lockers and bespoke systems to meet client’s needs.

We have experienced Mechanical, Electrical and safety engineers on our team that ensures all systems are built the highest quality.

5. Electrical Services

We offer Electrical services that includes cable runs, installation of: transformers, Electrical panels, machines, low and high voltage, Electrical Distribution Board, Electro-Technical Information Model (ETIM) and surge protector, insulators, etc.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

As part of our Electrical services, we also offer potable appliance testing with the calibrated PAT equipment and ensure that all appliances are compliant. We do this with a portable standard equipment test across client’s sites.

6. SAFETY TRAINING

We offer training and safety training services both classroom and practical, tailored to meet client’s workplace demands.

We offer training such as Emergency response training, Fire Extinguisher training, safety awareness training, Fire warden training, Fire safety awareness training, Traffic safety management training, Fire systems first response training, etc.

Our training facilitators are also experienced industry specialists that have years of training experience and working experience.

2. Fire fighting Training

In addition to Risk Evaluation assessment on our client’s premises, we also offer training to Emergency response team of fire marshals on the safe effective use of fire equipment.

7. PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY OF PPE

Personal protective equipment, commonly referred to as ‘’PPE’’, is an equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards that cause serious workplace injuries and illnesses. This includes protective gloves, eye googles, helmet, head gears, ear protection, boots, breathing apparatus, etc.

We supply PPE’s based on our client’s specification and also advise professionally.

8. TRAFFIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT

9. SECURITY SYSTEMS

We supply and install security systems based on our client’s specification and our professional advise after an evaluation on the premises has been conducted. This includes Telecommunication radio, CCTV, Security doors, bullet proof doors, metal scanners, Access control systems, Turnstile, etc.

10. PROCESS SAFETY, TRAINING AND AUDIT

We offer process safety solutions and trainings in process safety audit, PHIRA studies ranging from Hazard identification and risk assessment (HAZID), What if study, Hazard Operability Study (HAZOP), SIL Assessment, Hazard Area Classification and Zone (HAC), Training on operation and maintenance of equipment in hazardous area, Audit of EHS systems, etc.

Hazardous Gas Monitoring System

We install bespoke hazardous gas monitoring systems as stand-alone and incorporated into existing addressable or conventional systems.
